These terms govern your use of the F1 Analytics website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
F1 Analytics is a free, independent, fan-made website that presents Formula 1 statistics, standings and machine-learning race predictions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Formula One, Formula 1, the FIA, or any Formula 1 team. “Formula 1”, “F1” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing on the site is professional advice.
Race predictions and probabilities are outputs of a statistical machine-learning model and simulation. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only, are frequently wrong, and must not be relied on for betting, wagering, financial or any other decisions. You are solely responsible for any decision you make, and you use predictions at your own risk.
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, do not attempt to disrupt or overload it, bypass rate limits or security measures, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The site’s design and original content are the operator’s. Underlying Formula 1 data is provided by third parties (including the Jolpica / Ergast API and the FastF1 project) and remains subject to their own terms and licences. Team and driver names, logos and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.
The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its predictions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
